PATTI PEARMAN JUNKIN JOINS CNB OF TEXAS’ BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Waxahachie, TX, June 3, 2010 – The Board of Directors, officers and staff of Citizens National Bank of Texas are proud to announce that Patti Pearman Junkin has joined the bank’s board of directors. Since 2002, Junkin has also served as the President of Pearman Oil & LP Gas, Inc.
“We are very excited about Patti joining the CNB of Texas family. With her dad, Bill Pearman, serving for thirty-five years on our board, she is a natural fit. She brings many talents and a strong business sense,” said George Singleton, chairman of the board of directors.
“My Dad served on the board of directors for Citizens National Bank for many years and I am honored to be asked to serve on the board with such a fine group of people. I look forward to working with the directors, officers, and employees of CNB,” said Junkin.
Junkin, is married to Doyle Junkin and they have two sons, Dustin and Derek. The Junkins are members of the Bethel United Methodist Church and Patti currently serves as the church treasurer and is on the board of trustees. She is a life member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, president of the City Federation of Women’s Clubs for 2010-2012, board member of the Ellis County Women’s Building, President of the Waxahachie Senior Center Advisory Board and since 2005, has served as the Carter Blood Drive Coordinator. She is also a past board member of the Waxahachie Foundation.

Junkin joins George Singleton, chairman of the board, Shirley Singleton, Mark Singleton, Steve Chapman, Robin Cloyd, Dorothy Brown Hekking, Buck Jordan, Mike Lee, Jim Odom, Gene O’Donnell, and Jim Pitts on the CNB of Texas board of directors.
